We’re passionate travelers with a deep love for nature, freedom, and discovering unique places. During our nine-month journey through Southeast Asia and Australia, we visited countless beautiful destinations, but none came close to Siargao.

From the moment we arrived, Siargao felt different. The calm, the vibe, the raw beauty, and the warm people made it the ultimate place to land. It didn’t just feel like home, it felt full of potential.

We returned to Siargao with a clear goal: to lay the foundation for a project that reflects everything we believe in. We met with local lawyers, real estate agents, and other experts, and explored several plots of land across the island. Eventually, we found a location that instantly felt right, a place with character, potential, and a truly special atmosphere.

Mart has been a full-time investor and business owner for over 10 years, focusing on global markets and early-stage opportunities. With Palmera Siargao, he’s now bringing that entrepreneurial drive into real estate, combining long-term vision with a love for nature, lifestyle, and meaningful projects.

Nina is the creative soul behind the project. She thrives on design, concept development, and making sure every detail is just right. With a strong sense of aesthetics, a perfectionist’s mindset, and a master’s degree to back her expertise, she’s passionate about building a solid framework where beauty, function, and feeling come together seamlessly.

With Palmera Siargao, we aim to create a strong and transparent framework that enables both Filipino and non-Filipino investors to collaborate and build together, making the process of co-owning and developing land in the Philippines as smooth, secure, and inspiring as possible.
